Quarterly Metered Service Details

Bills for water utility consumption are computed on a quarterly baseline rotation and become due and payable upon issuance. A one-time 3% late payment charge (minimum 50¢) applies to unpaid balances remaining 20 days after issuance.

Baseline Service Fees:

Standard Residential 5/8" or 3/4" Meter Baseline: $40.02 / Quarter

Volumetric Consumption Consumption Tiers:

  • First 25,000 Gallons Used: $6.75 per 1,000 gallons
  • Next 25,000 Gallons Used: $6.50 per 1,000 gallons
  • Next 200,000 Gallons Used: $6.15 per 1,000 gallons
  • All Use Over 250,000 Gallons: $5.45 per 1,000 gallons
